The camp is limited to 20 vaulters.
We will accept the First 20 registrations.
Please enclose entry fee with this registration.
Fees:
General Camp fee: $ 145.00
Meals on campus are included. Overnight residence
hall room will be made available. You must provide
your own pillow and bedding. Meals in Janzow Center.
Seward Area Resident fee: $ 95.00
For those not staying overnight on campus and not
eating in the Janzow Center on campus.

Camp
Coaches:
The camp coaching staff consists of experienced pole vaulters and
experienced pole vault coaches.
Jason Berry attended Concordia University
from 1989-1994. He was a 3 time
Conference Champion and 3 time NAIA
National Qualier. He ranks 5th all time on
the Concordia Pole Vault Record List at
16’ 06” back in 1993. As pole vault coach at
Illinois Wesleyan University he produced 4
NCAA Div. III All-Americans from 1994-1997.
Jason has assisted the pole vault program at
Concordia University since 1998 and for the
past 8 years has also been the pole vault
coach at Seward High School, coaching
multiple male and female state qualifers
along with a the current boys Seward school
record holder with a vault of 15’ 01”.
Mark Samuels attended Concordia University from
2001-04, when he was a four-time NAIA
All-American during his collegiate career,
including a runner-up finish in the 400
meter dash at the 2002 indoor national
meet. Samuels also holds several of the
Concordia indoor and outdoor track
records. Mark is currently coaches the
jumpers and sprinters at Concordia, which
included two indoor NAIA All-Americans
in the pole vault.

Concordia
Pole Vault Facts:
For more than a decade the Concordia University track program has
produced numerous outstanding vaulters. Concordia has a long-standing
tradition of great pole vaulting.
• 40+ All-Americans at NAIA National Championships since '86

• Numerous Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) pole vault
champions for both men and women
• Men's GPAC vault record 17'5" by TJ Kloster ('01)
